15 devotees including two foreigners die during Bishwa Ijtema

18 January 2016, Nirapad News: The Akheri Munajat of the 51st Bishwa Ijtema concluded today on the banks of the Turag river.

During the congregation, 15 devotees including two foreigners died. This was disclosed by the custodian of the corpses, Md Adam Ali.

He said that the namaz-e-janazas of the deceased were held at the Ijtema ground and that the bodies were sent to their families.

Those who died today are: Nurul Alam,70 , son of Late Syed Ali of Natherpetua village of Monohorganj upazila of Comilla, Abdul Mabud Joardar,52 , son of Ekramul Haq Joardar of Badurtala of Chuadanga Sadar, Abdul Kader ,60, son of Javed Mollah of Char Adra village of Sarishabari upazila of Jamalpur district and Abu Taher, 40, of Sunamganj.
