Bangladesh has reported 8,661 more Coronavirus cases while the virus claimed overnight 153 lives.
The daily health update of the Directorate General of Health Services came up with the statistics on Sunday.
“A total of 153 Coronavirus patients died in the last 24 hours increasing the death toll from the virus to 15,065. The total cases of infection have surged to 944,917 as 8,661 new cases were confirmed during the period,” said the DGHS.
