Bomb blasts in Bangla Academy

15 February 2015, Nirapad News: Two people suffered injuries as miscreants set off two crude bombs near the Bangla Academy premises where the month-long Ekushey Book Fair is being held.

Witnesses said one crude bomb went off there around 7:40 pm, leaving two people Moktar, 20, and Tumpa, 18 injured. They were taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.

Meanwhile, another bomb was blasted in the same area around 7 pm. However, only one was injured in the explosion.
