Breaking all the previous records, Bangladesh on Wednesday reported the highest number of Covid-19 deaths as the country saw 201 more deaths in the last 24 hours.
With this new figure, the death toll rose to 15,593.
During this timeline, 11,162 fresh cases were reported, taking the total virus cases to 9,77,568.
