4 Bangladeshis burnt to death in Oman
11 february 2015, Nirapad News: Six including four Bangladeshi workers have died in a plastic factory fire in Oman’s capital Muscat. Four of the victims were Bangladeshi and two Pakistani national, media report says quoting police.
“Six were burnt to death and one was injured in the fire that broke out in the plastics and carpentry factory on Wednesday morning,” Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulances (PACDA) tweeted in its official Twitter account.
They said according to their reliable sources all of the workers were working in a sofa making factory.
“The fire must have broken out at around 3am. All six were burnt to death. We are coordinating with local authorities to get more details,” a senior official from Bangladesh told the press.
