The six lakh doses of Sinopharm coronavirus vaccine of the Chinese government’s gift are on way to Bangladesh.
The vaccine consignment has already reached at Beijing Airport and will arrive in Dhaka on Sunday (June 13).
Hualong Yan, Deputy Chief of Mission at the Chinese Embassy in Dhaka, confirmed the matter on his facebook page on Friday.
Earlier on May 12, China gifted five lakh shots of COVID-19 vaccine to Bangladesh gift.
