8 bombs blasted in Magura, govt vehicle torched
16 March 2015, Nirapad News: Some miscreants exploded eight crude bombs and set a vehicle in front of a government office in Magura on Monday. Witnesses said a group of unidentified miscreants gathered in front of Magura District Fisheries Building in the district town on Monday morning.
Farm Manager Jahangir Alam of the office said the miscreants vandalized a vehicle and at one stage blasted eight bombs in front of the government office, car of the Fisheries Officer ablaze. Being informed, a firefighting unit rushed to the spot and doused the fire. Additional Superintendent of Police (SP) Sudorshan Roy said the reason of the attack is not yet.
However, police and the locals suspected that hartal and blockade supporters might have carried out the attack on the government office.
