89 arrested in Chittagong

05 August 2015, Nirapad News: Police arrested 89 people conducting special drives in different upazilas of Chittagong district on Tuesday.

The law enforcers also recovered 2,400 pieces of yaba tablets, 121 liters of liquor and a CNG-run auto-rickshaw during the drive.

Chittagong additional police super (Special Branch) Muhammad Naimul Hasan confirmed the matter.

He said that the arrested are accused in different regular cases.
