Government will not make any obstruction if former state minister for Information and Broadcast Murad Hasan wants to go abroad, said Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal.
He made the remark while responding to queries of journalists at his secretariat office on Thursday.
“It’s his personal decision whether the outgoing state minister Murad Hasan would go abroad or not. The government has nothing to do here,” he said.
A news has published in different media stating that Murad Hasan is going abroad after his resignation from the Ministry of Information in sequel to his discourteous remarks. It is learnt that he bought air ticket for leaving for Canada tonight (Thursday night). The Home Minister made the remark when asked about his foreign visit.
