Abul Kashem made acting BB governor

15 March 2016, Nirapad News: Abul Kashem has been made acting governor of Bangladesh Bank following the resign of BB Governor Atiur Rahman.

The PMO’s Press Wing confirmed the news.

Abul Kashem has been serving as deputy governor of Bangladesh Bank.
