Bangladesh, Oman likely XI

13 March 2016, Nirapad News: Bangladesh take on Oman in the 12th and final game of the ICC World T20 2016 qualifiers on 13 March at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamshala. The winner of this match will make it to the Super-10s of the tournament, where they will be grouped with Australia, India, New Zealand and Pakistan in Group 2.

This is going to be the first Bangladesh-Oman cricket match at any level. The Tigers come into this game in fine form, beating Netherlands in the first game by 8 runs. In the second game they looked good, posting 94 for two wickets in eight overs before rain washed out play. Oman on the other hand held on to their nerves and completed a five-wicket win against Ireland in their opening match. Their next match against Netherlands was washed out.

Against Ireland, Mohammad Mithun and Abu Hider replaced Nasir Hossain and Arafat Sunny. Bangladesh could retain this line-up, though Nasir’s bowling is handy in the shorter version.
