“Bangladesh quicks possess definite threat”-McCullum
12 March 2015, Nirapad News: New Zealand skipper Brendon McCullum met the press after the training session at Seddon Park, and talked about various issues regarding the upcoming match against Bangladesh and also the World Cup as a whole.
He stated about the current form that his team has going into the match, and also about the threat that Bangladesh possess. He was particularly at words of praise for ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan, who he said, was ‘World Class’. McCullum was also vocal about understanding that the Bangladesh quick bowlers might create some discomfort for his men in the match, and said that they would be ready to combat those once the match begins.
It is worth mentioning that McCullum himself has been enjoying an excellent run of form, and will be looking to threaten the Bangladesh attack with another blistering knock, which the Tigers will have to be weary about.
