BSF DG assures retrial of Felani killing

BSF DG assures retrial of Felani killing

06 August 2015, Nirapad News: DK Pathak, Director General (DG) of Border Security Force (BSF) of India, has assured to form a new court to initiate retrial of much-talked Felani murder.

BSF DG made the remark during Director General-level meeting which started from August 3 between Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) and BSF in New Delhi.

BGB Public Relations Officer Mohsin Reza made the disclosure on Thursday.

He also informed the reporters that BSF DG has not approved yet the Felani murder verdict given by lower court.

There were some other topics in the meeting like — border killing, drug smuggling, human trafficking, arms deal and trespassing.
