College girl arrested with phensidyl in Pirojpur
09 Septembar 2015, Nirapad News: Detective Branch (DB) of police in a drive arrested a college girl with 64 bottles of phensidyl from Namajpur-Battala area in the district town last night.
The arrestee was Sadia Sultana Dola, 17, a student of Pirojpur Government Women College and daughter of Jahangir Hossain.
On a tip-off, a team of DB police intercepted a motorcycle in the area and arrested Dola with the phensidyl, said DB Sub-Inspector Hasnain Parvez.
Later, the team also arrested motorcycle driver Mamun, 25, and Fatema Begum, 45, mother of Dola, who was waiting for her in the area.
He also said Dola’s parents are involved in drug peddling for a long time.
Police also arrested Jahangir, father of Dola on September 6 with 149 bottles of phensidyl.
