DNCC arranges free dengue test from Monday
Citizens of Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) would get free dengue test at 52 health complexes in the city corporation, reports BSS.
“We will serve dengue virus diagnosis kits at 52 health complexes, including five maternal complexes under the city corporation, on Sunday and people can get the free services from Monday,” said DNCC mayor Atiqul Islam on Friday.
He was speaking at a views exchanging meeting with heads of educational institutions and scout leaders at Mirpur Girls Ideal School and College auditorium.
Chief coordinator for Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) affairs in the Prime Minister’s Office and president of Bangladesh Scouts Abul Kalam Azad said, “Teachers are very influential, so they can create awareness among their students to clean their homes and educational institutes to prevent dengue.”
