Govt primary school torched in Pirojpur

04 February 2015, Nirapad News: A team of miscreants was set alight a government primary school at Jolagachchi village in Kaukhali upazila on Wednesday, the 4th-day of the 108-hour Hartal and the 30th day of transport blockade enforced by the BNP-led 20-party alliance.
Additional deputy primary education officer Aminul Islam here said some miscreants set fire to Jolagacchi Government Primary School around 3 am.
Four rooms, one library, furniture, fans and some documents of the tin-roofed school were destroyed in the fire.
