Indonesian foreign minister in Dhaka
20 December 2016, Nirapad News: Indonesian Foreign Minister Retno L. P. Marsudi arrived here yesterday on a two-day official visit to ‘discuss about different bilateral matters and issues relating to Rohinga crisis’.
She arrived at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport around 9.55 pm from Myanmar after joining a meeting on Rohinga issue, foreign ministry sources said.
Secretary for Bilateral and Consular Affairs at the Foreign Ministry Kamrul Ahsan received her at the airport.
During her Dhaka visit, Retno Marsudi will hold bilateral talks with her Bangladesh counterpart AH Mahmood Ali, MP, this morning. Both the foreign ministers will then fly to Ukhia to attend some programmes.
In the evening, the Indonesian foreign minister will pay a courtesy call on Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at Ganabhaban.
Later, she will leave Dhaka at night, the sources added.
