12 February 2015, Nirapad News: Innovation Next Generation, a U.S. company, has expressed its interest to provide digital applications to Bangladesh’s young and next generations through mobile phones.

The interest was shown when visiting President of Innovation Next Generation John A Messer paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at her Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban Office last evening. After the meeting, Prime Minister’s Press Secretary AKM Shameem Chowdhury briefed reporters.

Messer said his company wants to provide the digital application in collaboration with Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS). Besides, his company would impart necessary training to the children and the young generation here, he added.

Messer, who is also the president of INVICTUS US Corporation, an energy consultancy firm, expressed interest to invest in Bangladesh’s energy sector. For the purpose, he said, he would again visit Bangladesh shortly to examine the potentiality of investment in the sector, the press secretary said.
