Man crushed under bus in Comilla

10 Septembar 2015, Nirapad News: A man was killed as a bus ran over him at Noabazar on the Dhaka-Chittagong Highway in Chauddagram upazila on Thursday morning.

The deceased was identified as Oliullah,45, son of Abu Taher of the area.

Witnesses said a Chittagong-bound bus of ‘Green Line Paribahan’ ran over Oliullah in the area while he was crossing the highway at about 7:00 am, leaving him dead on the spot.

Informed, police recovered the body and sent it to Comilla Medical College Hospital morgue for an autopsy.

In-charge of Miah Bazar highway police camp Sergeant Nazimuddin confirmed the accident.

A case was filed in this regard.
