Meera Sanyal visits ULAB

07 November 2015, Nirapad News: Meera Sanyal, a leading Indian banker, philanthropist, politician, and social worker, delivered an inspirational speech to the students of University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) recently at ULAB’s Campus A at Dhanmondi. Professor Imran Rahman, Vice Chancellor, ULAB hosted the programme. The motivational speech was aimed at driving the students towards achieving their dreams. Kazi Nabil Ahmed, MP, and Member, ULAB Board of Trustees was present at the program and besides students, members of faculty and administration was also present at the event. In her keynote Speech, Meera Sanyal talked about Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and her involvement with politics. “A banker by profession, I faced a lot of skepticism when I first embraced the role of a political leader in 2009.
However, because of my honesty and support from various sectors, especially from the academic sector, I achieved success on my journey. I am glad and honored to have been invited in Bangladesh to share my experience and knowledge,” she said, according to a statement.
