Militancy-induced pain needs political physiotherapy: Inu
10 Septembar 2015, Nirapad News: “Militant political values are violence against democracy. This pain needs political therapy for relief. And the treatment of all such activity is political therapy,” Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu, MP, said today.
He was speaking as chief guest at the “World Physiotherapy Day” functions at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center, Agargaon. It was organized by SP Hospital and Arthritis Research Center.
The meeting was chaired by the founder– vice president of Bangladesh Physiotherapist Association (BPA), S Chakravarti, while the key-note paper was presented by the administrative chief of Center for Rehabilitation of the Paralyzed (CRP) and founder-general secretary of BPA, Dr Md Sohrab Hossain.
The information minister further said “The more we procrastinate, the more severe will be the militancy-induced pain. And the treatment will become difficult.”
“So there is no alternative to the quick trial of militants and arson -by-fire,” he added.
Referring to the killing of Bangabandhu and the grenade attacks on 21st August (2004), the minister said “they were all aimed at retarding the nation.”
“But they have not succeeded. All of them will face trial, “he said.
Referring to physiotherapy, he said it is an integral part of medicare and it was during the tenure of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina that the Physiotherapy College was nationalized.
Nirapad Sarak Chai, Chairmen, prominent actor Mr. Ilias Kanchon chaired as Special guest , He said about the story when he took physiotherapy for his betterment in the country as well as abroad . He emphasized on the importance of physiotherapy in our life .
