Militant activities increased during BNP tenure: Amu
14 November 2015, Nirapad News: Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu today said militant activities had increased in the country during the BNP tenure.
“They (BNP) had created Bangla Vai. Even two judges and a public prosecutor were killed in Jhalakathi during the BNP tenure,” he said.
The minister was addressing at the inaugural function of providing power supply to Chhatrakanda of Dhansiri union, Charukhan and Berapasa villages under sadar upazila.
Amu said the people can witness huge development activities in all sectors of the country whenever the Awami League comes to power.
“Now even the rural masses are living happily. Electricity is being supplied to those who remained in darkness for long” he added.
Chaired by Jhalakathi Palli Bidyut Samity president M Abdur Roub Hawladar, the function was addressed also by district AL president Sardar M Shah Alam, general secretary Advocate Khan Saifullah Panir and organising secretary Afjal Hossain.
