Nirapad News : New Zealand has survived the most dramatic collapse to beat Australia by 1-wicket in a World Cup thriller at Eden Park.

Australia was ripped apart by the bowling of Trent Boult (5 for 27) as the visitors struggled to a meagre 151 all out in less than 33 overs.

New Zealand appeared to be waltzing to victory when Brendon McCullum blasted a quickfire 50, and when Corey Anderson fell at 5 for 131 the job looked done.

But Mitchell Starc (6 for 28) would change the game, as New Zealand lost 5 for 15 to be on the cusp of a gut-wrenching loss, only for Kane Williamson (45) to hit Pat Cummins (2 for 38) for six to seal a famous win.
