One killed in Gopalganj road crash

19 December 2015, Nirapad News: One person was killed and three others were injured in a road accident on Dhaka-Barisal highway at Muksudpur upazila in the district this morning.
The deceased was identified as Belayet Hossain Sheikh, 32, of Basudebpur village of Muksudpur upazila.
Sub-inspector of Sindhiaghat police outpost Giasuddin Sardar said the accident occurred when a Barisal-bound passenger-bus hit a three-wheeler Nosimon from behind leaving Belayet killed on the spot and three others injured.
The injured were sent to Rajoir Upazila Health Complex in Madaripur.
