The High Court on Monday directed the government to operate mobile courts to prevent the price hike of masks, hand wash and sanitizers.
A bench of Justice FRM Nazmul Ahasan and Justice KM Kamrul Kader came up with a six-point directive as the prices of masks, hand wash and sanitizers shot up abnormally following the detection of first coronavirus patients in Bangladesh on Sunday.
The infected patients include two men and one woman, and all of them have been kept in quarantine.
Meanwhile, the death toll from the outbreak of Coronavirus that began in China climbed to 3,830 as of Sunday.
It has infected 110,071 people globally, according to information of worldometer, said AP.
Besides, a total of 62,280 patients (94 percent of total infected) made recovery.
