People aged 35 can register for Covid vaccine: DGHS

A person can now register his or her name for receiving coronavirus vaccine at the age of 35 from 40, Directorate General of Health Service informed.

Professor ABM Khurshid Alam, director general of the department, disclosed this to media on Monday.

The notice will be issued one or two days. The registration app will be opened for all very soon, he said.

Day-labourers are being included in the registration.

Khurshid Alam said, “The people under three categories are currently able to register. We will start soon administering Moderna vaccine. In this case, registered people will be given priorities.”
