Public varsities with halls to be reopened after vaccinating students with 2 doses
The public universities with residential halls in the country will be reopened after ensuring two doses of corona vaccine to the students, said Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni on Wednesday.
“But those have no residential halls, will be reopened from June 13,” the Education Minister came up with the information in a virtual press briefing today.
Dipu Moni said, “The process to bring the students of the residential halls under vaccination have already been taken. After giving two doses vaccine to 1,30,000 students, we will allow them to enter halls.”
The universities with residential halls, have a risk of spreading deadly coronavirus. If 100 per cent students will not be ensured by vaccine, then the public universities will become in risk, she added.
