Work together to thwart conspiracy against country: Quader

02 October 2015, Nirapad News: Awami League (AL) presidium member and road transport minister Obaidul Quader today said those who are failing to accept the achievements of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina are hatching conspiracies at home and abroad to present Bangladesh as a dangerous state before the world.

Quader urged leaders and activists of Awami League to work together with the people to thwart any conspiracy against the country as well as the government and the Prime Minister at any cost.

He was speaking at the discussion meeting organized by Bangladesh Chhatra League on the occasion of 69th birth day of Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Chhatra League President Saifur Rahman Sohag presided over the discussion. VC of Dhaka University AAMS Arefin Siddique and member of central executive committee of Awami League AKM Enamul Haq Shamim, among others, addressed it.

The road transport minister said evil forces have started hatching conspiracies when the country is marching towards development and the world leaders are praising the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. The government and the party will have to take the present situation as challenge because the country is passing through a difficult time, he added.

Highlighting different achievements of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Quader said two persons of the country will remain alive for ever – one is Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and other is his daughter Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. “Bangabandhu will remain alive for leading the country’s War of Liberation while Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for leading the struggle for achieving economic emancipation for the people,” he added.

AAMS Arefin Siddique in his speech said Bangladesh is heading towards development under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. He urged the leaders and activists of Chhatra League to work together for the development of the country.
