The ongoing restrictions on public movement will continue till April 13, said Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader.
Minister Quader told this to media on Sunday in a regular briefing held at his residence.
The current restrictions will end at 12 midnight on Sunday.
On Friday, State Minister for Public Administration Farhad Hossain said the government is planning to impose an extremely severe lockdown from April 14 to 20 to curb the transmission of COVID-19.
