Two persons were killed in a road accident at Shahazadpur upazila in Sirajgonj district on Wednesday afternoon.
The identities of deceased could not be known yet.
Hatikumrul Highway Police Station officer in-charge Shahjahan Ali said two CNG run auto-rickshaws collided head-on in Garadah Bakultala area on Hatikumrul-Pabna highway. Soon after that, a tank-lorry crushed the auto-rickshaws, leaving two passengers dead on the spot and five others injured.
The injured were sent to Shahazadpur Upazila Health Complex.
