Trading Corporation of Bangladesh (TCB) will start selling of essentials from Wednesday to keep the prices of essential commodities stable ahead of Durga Puja.
TCB sells each kilogram of sugar and red lentil at Tk 55, and onion at Tk 30, while soyabean oil at Tk 100 per litre.
The four commodities will be sold through 400 to 450 mobile trucks across the country from tomorrow and continued till October 28, the TCB sources said.
