Three men were killed and three others injured in a road accident at Bhaluka upazila in Mymensingh district on Thursday.
Of the deceased, two were identified as Abdul Matin, 50, and Hossain Ali, 45, residents of Porura area in the upazila.
Police said a soil-laden truck smashed an auto-rickshaw at Rangchapra area at around 11:30 am, leaving two dead on the spot and four others critically injured.
Locals rescued the injured and took them to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital where one succumbed to his injuries.
Bhaluka Police Station officer in-charge Md Kamal Hossain said police recovered the bodies.
