As the government relaxed the tougher restriction from Thursday, bus operators is going to resume their services with half passengers.
Golden Line counter at Gabtoli Bus terminal opened at 9am for selling tickets following the health rules.
Counterman Mizan said the passengers have already booked their tickets. The bus services will resume full fledgedly from tomorrow. Each bus capacity of 40 passengers, will ply with 20 travelers.
He said, “Long distance bus services will reach Dhaka by Thursday morning. We are contacting with the drivers, supervisor and the helpers.”
Authorities of ‘Sohag Paribahan’ said tickets of buses on Cox’s Bazar route are being sold. Those left Dhaka for Cox’s Bazar at about 8pm.
Besides, initiatives are going on to sell bus tickets through online.
