As the pressure of passenger buses, private cars, motorcycles have increased on the Bangabandhu Bridge, all routes of the bridge are full of vehicles which created a huge tailback.
Traffic jam from the bridge Golchattar-Hatikumrul was seen from Sunday morning. It is creating extreme misery to the home-goers.
Meanwhile, vehicles are moving very slow till Goza Bridge of the Hatikumrul-Bonpara route and Chandaikona of Bagura route.
Bangabandhu Bridge West Police Station OC Mosaddek Hossain said police are trying to ease the traffic. The increased number of public transports have created the long tailback.
On the other hand, vehicular movement on the Pabna highway is normal.
