The Detective Branch of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has detained director Chayanika Chowdhury. She was deatined from the Panthapath area of the capital on Friday evening.
She is being taken to the DB office. There, actress Pori Moni and she will be interrogated face to face on various issues.
Police said there were several specific allegations against her.
