High Court (HC) has suggested customers to rein in their greed in order to escape from the traps of e-commerce companies.
At the same time, the HC suggested the authorities concerned to launch an awareness campaign among people.
A HC Division bench, comprising Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Mustafizur Rahman, made the suggestion during the hearing on a writ petition on Sunday (Sept 19).
Advocate Shishir Monir appeared on behalf of the writ petitioner, while deputy attorney general Bipul Bagmar appeared on behalf of the state.
